RESILIENCY OF CITIES

Creating Strategies to Mitigate Operational and Economic Risks

Communities across the nation are facing increasing risks from extreme weather events that threaten the continuity of government services, business operations, and critical infrastructure, while placing significant financial pressures on state and local budgets. We collaborate with government agencies, insurance and financial institutions, developers, engineers, and industry practitioners to generate actionable insights and innovative risk mitigation strategies. Through interdisciplinary research and stakeholder engagement, we help organizations strengthen resilience, reduce vulnerability, and make informed decisions in the face of evolving environmental and economic challenges.
